		Our accomplishments include: Functioned as Real Estate Asset Manager for Houston Area of the U.S. Department of HUD, on contract, from January 1986 through May 1999, wherein managed over 16,000 single-family properties. Functioned as Houston Area Management Broker for the U.S. Department of VA from January 1992 to July 1996, wherein managed over 500 REO-SFD properties, in an austere, effective, and efficient manner.
