		We offer competitive fees and our standard turn-around time is 3 to 5 working days (7 calendar days) from the receipt of the request.   Upon client request, this schedule can be accelerated in special circumstances, for all single-family residential properties, townhouses, and condominiums in Houston and surrounding areas (i.e., Harris county, & Fort Bend county).
		We also offer both Field and Desk Review services for appraisals of residential properties.
		We have a wealth of experience and have accomplished over four thousand appraisal assignments for clients such as: U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Resolution Trust Corporation (ex-RTC) Farmer's Home Administration (FmHA)/USDRD Various Banks, Financial Institutions, and Mortgage Companies and Appraisal Management Companies
